What We Collect
We collect information submitted through our sign-up and contact forms. This can include name, email, phone number, city, state, and any details you choose to share about your real estate needs. We may also collect non-identifying information such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site.
What We Do with the Information
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and help you with buying, selling, or relocating to the New Braunfels and Texas Hill Country real estate market. You may be contacted by email, text, or phone using the information you provide. We may share your information with trusted partners such as mortgage lenders or title companies only when necessary to facilitate a transaction you initiated.
Internal Record Keeping
We may use the information you provide to improve our services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new listings, market updates, or other information we think you may find interesting using the email address you provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We will never sell your information.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How We Use Cookies
We use a first-party cookie to count returning visitors for analytics purposes (see the next section for details). When advertising campaigns are active, we may also use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether an ad click resulted in a form submission or qualified lead. You can block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Analytics & Third-Party Services
We use analytics and conversion measurement services to understand how visitors find and use this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Claw Analytics (first-party)
Claw Analytics is our own analytics system, hosted on infrastructure we operate. When you visit a page, we record the page path, the referring website (if any), your approximate country (derived from your IP, which is not stored), your device type, and your browser's user-agent string. We also set a first-party cookie named _claw_vid that stores a randomly-generated identifier so we can count unique visitors. The identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any contact details you submit through our forms. Requests from known bots and crawlers are discarded.
Ahrefs Web Analytics (third-party)
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, operated by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., to measure traffic and search performance. Ahrefs receives the URL of the page you visit, the referring URL, and basic browser and device information. Ahrefs states that it does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not use the data for advertising. Data processing by Ahrefs is governed by the Ahrefs Privacy Policy.
When Google Ads campaigns are active, we may use Google Ads conversion tracking. If you click an ad and submit a form, we may store campaign parameters, click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID, the landing page, referrer, and the contact information you submitted so we can measure ad performance and, where available, report qualified leads back to Google Ads using privacy-preserving matching.
Your Choices
Both services honor the browser Do Not Track signal where supported. You can additionally block analytics by using browser privacy settings, a tracker-blocking extension, or by clearing the _claw_vid cookie from your browser at any time.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance
We adopt this section to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this section.
Collection of Personal Information
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device. Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records or de-identified or aggregated consumer information. Within the last twelve months we have collected the following categories: (a) identifiers; (b) personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute; (c) commercial information; (d) internet or other similar network activity; and (e) inferences drawn from other personal information. We gather these categories of personal information directly from you when you submit a form or contact us, and indirectly from you as you interact with our website. Please note that you may visit our website anonymously.
Use of Personal Information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes: to fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information; to provide support and respond to inquiries; to personalize your website experience; for testing, research, analysis, and product development; to respond to law enforcement requests as required by applicable law; or as otherwise described to you when collecting your personal information. We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
Sharing Personal Information
Your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates, and we will not transfer your opt-in consent to receive text messages from us to any third parties. We may disclose your personal information to a third-party service provider for business purposes, subject to a contract requiring the recipient to keep the information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. The only category of third parties with whom we share your personal information is service providers.
Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. In the preceding twelve months, we have not sold personal information. If at any time we decide to sell your personal information, we will provide notice beforehand and provide instructions for you to opt out.
Your Rights and Choices
The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.
Access and Data Portability. You have the right to request that we disclose, for the twelve months preceding your request: (a) the categories of personal information we collected about you; (b) the categories of sources of that information; (c) our business or commercial purpose for collecting or disclosing it; (d) the categories of third parties with whom we shared it; (e) the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (a data portability request); and (f) if we disclosed personal information for a business purpose, the categories that each recipient received.
Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records unless an exception applies. We may deny a deletion request if retaining the information is necessary to: (1) complete a transaction or provide a service you requested, or otherwise perform our contract with you; (2) detect security incidents or protect against fraud or illegal activity; (3) debug to identify and repair errors; (4) exercise free speech or another legal right; (5) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (6) engage in public-interest research; (7) enable internal uses reasonably aligned with your relationship with us; (8) comply with a legal obligation; or (9) make other internal and lawful uses compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
How to Submit a Request. To exercise any of these rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by calling (830) 730-7677 or emailing [email protected]. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child. To designate an authorized agent, please submit proof of authorization with the request.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a twelve-month period. Your request must provide sufficient information to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information (or an authorized representative) and describe your request with enough detail for us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We cannot respond if we cannot verify your identity. We will only use information you provide in a request to verify identity or authority. Making a request does not require you to create an account with us. We will never disclose social security numbers, credit card numbers, or other sensitive personal information in response to a CCPA request; we will treat any such request as a request to delete.
Response Timing and Format. We use our best efforts to respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five days of receipt. If we require more time, up to a total of ninety days, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosure we provide will only cover the twelve-month period preceding receipt of the request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded; in that case we will tell you why and provide a cost estimate before completing the request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. Specifically, unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not: (a) deny you goods or services; (b) charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties; (c) provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or (d) suggest that you may receive a different price or rate or a different level or quality of goods or services.
